Analysis of post-translational modifications

We also provide access to analysis of a great variety of post-translational modifications, e.g. phosphorylation, acetylation, ubiquitinylation and other. We are happy to discuss what we can do for your specific PTM in terms of MS-analysis.

Targeted analysis of PTMs

To gain sensitivity for the detection of specific PTMs in complex background we developed a pipeline to easily setup an targeted MS-method for possibly modified peptides. This method is based on in-silico calculation of PTM bearing peptide masses and their permanent fragmentation over the LC-MS run for increased sensitivity.

Phospho-peptide enrichment

We are providing an enrichment of phospho-peptides to gain access to an in-depth phospho-Proteome analysis. It is based on metal-affinity enrichment (IMAC or TiO2) and can be combined with offline peptide fractionation and quantitative workflows.
