Immunogenomics Team

Edward Green, PhD

Only very recently have immunology questions begun to be addressed by systems biology approaches, generating enormous datasets that can be challenging to understand. The immunogenomics team is involved in implementing these cutting edge methods within the lab, and applying them to improve patient therapy.  Our interests include:

Diagnostics (HLA typing from NGS data, TCR repertoire analysis)

               CRISPR (whole genome library screening)

Therapy (cancer vaccine development and delivery)

Model development (for lab based studies)

The Immunogenomics team welcomes applications from prospective PhD students or postdocs with a passion for personalised therapeutics, who have previous experience in either coding (R/Python), single cell analysis, high throughput screening (minimum 96 well based assays, ideally larger formats or pooled approaches), or T cell immunology.
