Christoph Bender

Christoph Bender earned a MSc degree in physics from the Heidelberg University, where his master's thesis delved into biases of machine learning algorithms for photoacoustic image analysis. Currently pursuing his PhD, he further explores biases while also challenging prior knowledge of physics-based image simulation via deep learning models and addressing the validation of image reconstruction and synthesis. In his free time, he enjoys the thrill of bouldering and climbing, engages in challenging chess matches, and finds joy in immersing himself in movie soundtracks.
