Excellent cancer research is carried out by highly motivated researchers and supported by equally highly motivated staff in administration, technology and all other areas. Participation in activity-related, technical and methodological programmes as well as the willingness to develop further is crucial for success.

The team of the Training and Further Education Working Group is committed to providing DKFZ employees with needs-based and targeted further training programmes. In this way, they enable lifelong learning and development and promote a good learning climate in the working environment.
