Loan Vulliard graduated in 2017 with an MSc in Bioinformatics from INSA Lyon, France, and in 2023 with a PhD from CeMM, Austria. He is currently an AIH Postdoctoral Fellow working together with the groups of Felix Hartmann and Julio Saez-Rodriguez to reveal recurrent spatial patterns in the tumor immune microenvironment. He develops machine learning approaches to contextualize multiplexed ion beam imaging (MIBI) data, and aims to relate tumor organization to disease stratification and therapeutic responses. Loan is also actively involved with the CytoData society.
