Emre Kavur received his PhD degree in Electrical Engineering from Dokuz Eylül University, Izmir in 2020. He is a software developer working at the German Cancer Research Center (DKFZ) within the division of Intelligent Medical Systems (IMSY), Medical Imaging Computing (MIC), and Helmholtz Imaging. His works involve validation of algorithms, implementation of scientific researches and toolkit development. In his free time, he likes cycling, swimming, travelling.
