DKFZ Academic Afternoon
February 28, 2025, 1-6pm
The Academic Afternoon took place on 28th February. The event was organised for (post)doctoral researchers and junior group leaders exploring what it takes to succeed in academia. Topics included faculty search committees, tenure track options, grant strategies, and career planning tips from DKFZ Alumni.
The participants could join panel discussions, round tables, and visit info booths with our DKFZ Grants Office, Cancer Research Academy (from Msc to Tenure), Career Service, Alumni Relations to get practical advice and expand their network.
