Contact:
Stefan obtained his PhD at the Wellcome Sanger Institute and University of Cambridge under the supervision of Peter Van Loo, David Wedge and David Adams studying pan-cancer intra tumour heterogeneity. He subsequently worked with Moritz Gerstung and Phil Jones at EMBL-EBI and the Sanger on projects around evolution in normal epithelial tissue. Since 2021 Stefan is a postdoc in the lab of Moritz Gerstung at DKFZ, focussing on building detailed tumour evolution stories for tumours with extensive sampling.
