Elyas Heidari

Elyas is interested in general application and development of statistical and machine learning methods for biological (mostly single-cell and spatial genomics) data with applications in oncology and neuroscience. He has developed a number of open-source data science tools for biomedical data, e.g., SageNet for spatial omics. He holds an undergrad double-degree in Maths and Computer engineering from Sharif University of Technology and a master's degree in Computational Biology and Bioinformatics from ETH Zürich.
