You can also make your donation for cancer research directly via the online donation form.

Please state your name and address clearly and legibly on your bank transfer form and we will send you a donation receipt by post once we have received your donation.

Please contact us if you have inadvertently omitted your address or would like a donation receipt at a later date.

Please also contact us if you have not received a receipt more than six weeks after your donation (by e-mail to spende(at)dkfz.de or by telephone on +49 6221 42 2848 or +49 6221 42 5447).

Note: You can also indicate on the form that you would like to receive a donation receipt for online donations. Please understand that it is not possible to issue a donation receipt immediately for online donations. Due to statutory revocation periods and administrative processing, this can take up to twelve weeks after your donation.

You can use our online donation form to set up monthly/quarterly donations for cancer research. You will then receive your donation receipt in the form of a collective confirmation in March of the following year.

For annual donations, you will receive your donation receipt in the normal annual cycle.

Have you set up a standing order for the DKFZ? Please contact us, we are also happy to offer you the option of a collective receipt.

Please enter your preferred research area or type of cancer on the transfer form under "Purpose". If you are unsure which area you would like to support with your donation, we will be happy to advise you on suitable purposes.

For online donations or recurring donations, you can also enter your desired purpose in the "Purpose" field in our online donation form.

Please give your guests a keyword under which they can transfer their donation to the German Cancer Research Center (for example, "bereavement of Heinz Müller" or "40th birthday of Greta Meier"). If your guests wish to receive a donation receipt, please be sure to include their full name and address with the transfer.

Once the donations have been received (around six weeks after the event), we will send you a list of donors for your password. We will also inform you of the total amount. For data protection reasons, we do not disclose the individual amounts donated.

Yes, everyone can receive a donation receipt for their donation. Please send us a list of donors for this purpose. The list must show the amount of the individual donation made, the date of payment and the name and address of the donor.

We also like to save paper and postage costs. Please contact us if you would like to be added to our electronic mailing list and only receive information, donation receipts, etc. by e-mail: spende(at)dkfz.de.

You have various options for remembering the German Cancer Research Center in your will. You can name it as your heir or, if you want others to inherit, you can include a bequest for the German Cancer Research Center in your will.

We are happy to give you an insight into the work of the German Cancer Research Center. You can gain impressions of our cancer research in einblick, the DKFZ's magazine. The magazine is published three to four times a year and you can subscribe to it free of charge, read it with the einblick app on your smartphone/tablet or as an e-paper on your PC.
