Radiopharmaceuticals

The "Radiopharmaceuticals" working group of the "Radiopharmaceuticals and Preclinical Studies" sevice unit is focusing on the development and optimization of radiopharmaceuticals for preclinical application in nuclear medicine. Our expertise includes the synthesis of peptidic and peptidomimetic ligands, conjugation and labelling chemistry as well as the development of radiochemical separation techniques of medically relevant radionuclides. Our goal is thus, on the one hand, the development and optimization of novel radiopharmaceuticals and, on the other hand, the optimisation of radiochemical processes for nuclear medicine applications.
