Welcome to the Microarray Core Facility! We provide state-of-the-art microarray technologies for Expression Profiling, Methylation Analysis, Genotyping/Copy-Number-Variation(CNV) and MicroRNA profiling. Our service portfolio includes also high throughput protein analysis utilizing cutting-edge Olink® technology as well as Kinase Activity Profiling.

Services

We provide full service for the analysis of DNA methylation on a genome-wide level in human and in mouse samples (genomic DNA) making use of the well established Infinium technology of Illumina. More

Instrumentation

Real Time PCR (RT PCR) or quantitative PCR (qPCR)

Accurate and sensitive method of quantifying the abundance of a target DNA sequences. These can be from genomic DNA or from cDNA resulting from the reverse-transcription of RNA.
