Research Project
Development of optimal formulation and delivery systems for epitope-based therapeutic HPV vaccines
Therapeutic vaccination with defined epitopes is an attractive approach for induction of HPV-specific T lymphocyte responses. We are working with HPV epitopes that have been proven to be presented on HPV-transformed tumor cells by our highly sensitive mass spectrometry approach. This project dealt with establishing and evaluating various vaccine delivery and adjuvant formulations to determine the best vaccination methodology for targeted induction of effective anti-HPV immune responses.
