The vectors and E.coli strains distributed by Cellular Tools CF, represent frequently used material that has been obtained from commercial vendors or academic partners. The material are stored in individual kryotubes to prevent cross contamination. Nevertheless, we recommend streaking the bacterial strains on appropriate agar plates and working with single colonies in any downstream application.

We hand-out the clones as stabs. Whenever possible you'll find the map and sequence of vectors, as well as some basic annotation.
