Chipster

Chipster allows you to perform DNA microarray data analysis (and more) using R/Bioconductor and other tools through an intuitive graphical user interface.

CHIPSTER END-Of-LIFE

The current chipster installations will be switched off in the near future (date unknown) due to age of the underlying hardware. There is currently nothing settled for future availability of chipster, but we are working on it, but no promise can be made for now.

You should download all your sessions and export your analysis intermediate and final results NOW or as soon as possible!
