Vector and Clone Repository of GPCF

The GPCF serves as central repository for highly verified vectors and clones. The material is highly validated.

The vector and clone material is available to DKFZ members ONLY and should not be transferred to third parties. In order to get full access to clone information, you need to LOG IN (see left menue), using your DKFZ Windows account and password.

The material can be obtained from GPCF in form of bacterial strains.

We discriminate between

  • Vectors and E.coli strains - Search
  • Gateway Full ORF Clones - Search
  • Gateway wild-type and mutant - Search

All material is provided under the assumption that the user accepts the terms and conditions of the Biological Material Transfer Agreement (download).

 

For technical reasons we process orders weekly on Wednesday. Clone & Vector orders placed before are usually ready for pickup Thursday or Friday.
